修禅寺のすぐ隣、修善寺温泉街の中に鎮座する古社。もとは修禅寺の山王社で、鬼門を守る鎮守だったと伝わります。境内には静岡県指定天然記念物の一位樫や、樹齢800年以上とされる夫婦杉があり、修善寺らしい静けさの中で参拝できるのが魅力です。子宝祈願で知られ、温泉街散策の流れでも立ち寄りやすい一社です。
